If you wish to remain with Dove but move elsewhere, we have over 450 Properties available for the upcoming academic year located in the student hotspots of Sheffield, don’t miss out! Whether you would like to stay on, or if you have other plans, if you have changed your contact details please do ensure you have informed us so that we can keep our records up to date. If 2023/24 is your final year as a student and you will require accommodation as a graduate, we have more properties than ever, suitable for graduates. These usually become available closer to the summer months. Whilst it all may seem early; we have already received a number of enquiries regarding available student properties for the 2024/25 Academic Year here in Sheffield. We therefore would like to advise you that we will commence viewings for the 2024/25 academic year from the 24th October 2023. This is typically a very busy time, with many students wanting to secure the best and most popular properties and this year we are expecting demand to be even higher. In order for us to keep the disturbance to a minimum during lettings season, it would be a huge help if you could try to keep the property clean and presentable for viewings, this should help enable us to rent the property quicker, meaning fewer viewings and less inconvenience to yourselves. Current ‘Dove’ tenants will receive viewing notifications, usually sent via text, for any upcoming viewings with at least 24 hours’ notice, giving you the chance to raise anything you feel necessary.
