Key Returns

If you’re leaving your property for the final time, and are the last housemate to vacate, please make sure that all rooms and communal areas are left in the cleanest possible condition and all personal belongings have been removed.  

Please ensure all the tenants external door keys are collected all together and returned to us in a large envelope with the property address marked on the side and handed to us on the day of the final person leaving the property for the final time, prior to the end of your tenancy contract. All bedroom door keys need to be left in the applicable bedroom doors.

Reminder: There is still time to book your free professional clean, should the property be fully vacated by 17th June 2024, subject to a reasonable return of the property with all tenant belongings removed, all rubbish and recycling stored in the appropriate refuse collection containers, and a reasonable light clean carried out.  You are not required to take up this offer and are welcome to stay in the property until the end of the tenancy, carrying out the appropriate deep cleaning etc yourselves.
